Booking appointments:
Your appointment isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We’ll typically send this within 7 days of your booking. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Feel free to get in touch, we’re here to help.

Cancellations, changes to bookings and failures to attend appointments:
In line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–2026, our cancellation time frames have been updated to reflect the guidelines outlined for provider supports. This ensures consistency with sector standards and supports transparent, fair service delivery for all participants. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or are unable to attend an appointment, please notify us as early as possible. You can contact us by:

We must receive your message before your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or non-attendance with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. If 20% or more of your appointments are missed without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to conclude services for you or the person in your care.

Late Arrivals:
To ensure fairness for all clients, sessions will not commence more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. While we’ll do our best to provide the full session, this may not be possible if another appointment follows directly after. Please note that the full appointment fee still applies, regardless of late arrival.

Direct Debit Policy – Self-Managed & Private Clients:
To support uninterrupted access to speech pathology services, clients with self-managed NDIS plans or those paying privately are required to complete Farmhouse Chatter’s direct debit form. This ensures your appointments are secured and that payments are processed automatically after each session, keeping your account up to date with ease.
